How many weddings have you organized? And are they multicultural? Any clients from overseas (long distance communication)?

A little background to ELLE AMOUR EVENTS. Our company ELLE AMOUR Events are created by me, Elle since May 2017. Before i started this business, I have worked in wedding industry in Melbourne as well as China for more that 100 weddings on myself as well as working together with my talented team .  

Over the period of time working in Australia, we realised that the concept of delivery high quality service between Asia and Australia are very different. I been working on multicultural wedding on a daily based, it is very common for us to have clients form overseas as well as Australia. Many couples who came to us are from two different country.

Have you ever organized a Catholic Ceremony & a Chinese ceremony (tea ceremony, etc.)?

I have studied and worked in Australia for over 10years. We understand the difference mind set as well as culture backgrounds between western and eastern country. This is one of the reason I decided to start ELLE AMOUR on my own, we want to deliver high quality service and customised wedding for every couple, because we believe that every wedding is unique and special for each couple! 

For your enquiry, we often have couples would like to keep both Catholic Ceremony & Chinese tea ceremony, we understand the concept of both culture’s background and respect every culture. We are experienced with both Catholic and Chinese ceremony. We offer full styling and assisting service and also have different sets of props for hire for your Chinese tea ceremony.

When we commissioned CAMOUS EVENTS to sign a contract with other suppliers and contractors (such as venue suppliers, photographs, etc.), will ELLE AMOUR responsible for all refunds and matters? For example, how to compensate for our loss if the venue supplier terminates the contract due to unilateral reasons?

We will always do our best finding you top suppliers who are responsible and ethical from our previous working experience, however, we can not be hold any responsible for any suppliers and service providers' performance or product. 

For invoices and payments, you will be paying suppliers directly. All suppliers and services contract will be signed between the client and the suppliers and service provider. 

As your wedding planner and stylist, we will do our best assisting and managing each and every supplier for you though out your wedding, that means, if there is any unfortunately event occur between you and suppliers, we will do our best providing assistance even after your wedding day and help you fighting for your right.
 

In terms of the permission to use our photographs/video of the wedding: If the photo used for promotion involves untrimmed negatives, we hope that ELLE AMOUR EVENTS will use it after our permission?

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the privacy of your personally identifiable information. We will always ask for your permission before using any photography from your wedding for any purposes.
 

Are you flexible with us contacting you after hours? Especially since we're overseas and there's also time difference between Melbourne & oversea county?

One of our company’s unique service is Destination Wedding. We have clients who has never came to Australia before and would like to have their wedding in Melbourne. Dealing with clients overseas means clear and easy communication. In regards to the time difference, most of the time we would communicate in both email and social media, such as Whatsapp and Wechat. You are also more than welcome to give us a call if you are having a panic moment.
